514 Jump Small Business Monday Giveaway Official Rules
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. Void Where Prohibited.
  1. Eligibility: The 514Jump Small Business Monday Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of Rental Masters inc dba 514Jump.com, its affiliates, or agents are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
  2. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Rental Masters inc. Dba 514Jump.com located at Moncks Corner, SC (“Sponsor”).
  3. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on June 9, 2025, at 12:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and ends on June 9, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT (the “Entry Period”).
  4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:
    • Follow the 514Jump Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/share/1BjLTuqSs8/
    • Comment the word “BOUNCE” on the designated Giveaway post on the 514 Jump Facebook page or a local community page where the post is shared during the Entry Period. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple comments or automated entries will be disqualified. Entries must comply with Facebook’s Community Standards.
      1. Prizes:
        • First Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $100 discount on any rental from 514 Jump (bounce house, water slide, obstacle course, etc.). The discount must be applied to a booking made by June 30, 2025, but the rental can be scheduled for any available date, subject to availability and 514 Jump’s standard terms.
        • Second Prize (Stretch Goal): If the 514 Jump Facebook page gains 200 new followers by 11:59 PM EDT on June 9, 2025, a second winner will receive an additional $100 discount on any rental, under the same terms as the First Prize.
        • Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100 for the First Prize; $200 if the Second Prize is awarded.
        • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be combined with other offers. No cash equivalent will be provided. 514 Jump reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
      2. Winner Selection and Notification:
        • On or about June 10, 2025, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries (comments with “BOUNCE” from followers). If the page gains 200 new followers by 11:59 PM EDT on June 9, 2025, a second winner will be selected.
        • Winners will be announced in a post on the 514 Jump Facebook page on June 10, 2025, and notified via Facebook Direct Message (DM) or email, using contact information provided in their Facebook profile or entry.
        • Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, providing their full name, email, and phone number. If a winner does not respond or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
        • Winners may need to sign a prize acceptance form or liability release, if required by 514 Jump.
      3. Publicity: By entering, participants grant 514 Jump permission to use their name, likeness, and/or entry (comment) for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
      4. General Conditions:
        • The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants release Facebook from any liability related to the Giveaway.
        • 514 Jump is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or technical issues affecting entry or notification.
        • 514 Jump reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules, engages in fraudulent activity, or attempts to disrupt the Giveaway.
        • 514 Jump may cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control impair its integrity, as determined by 514 Jump.
      5. Liability Release: By entering, participants release 514 Jump, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.
