Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy
Our policy applies to any scheduling change including inclement weather. In most cases rain showers do not require canceling or rescheduling an inflatable rental. Our inflatables are very sturdy structures that are made to be outside and can handle most inclement weather conditions. If an inflatable gets rained on, using a few towels and sometimes a leaf blower your rental can be back in action after the rain has stopped and the weather is safe.
When you place an order with 514Jump.com the items on your order are reserved for you only for the scheduled date and are then listed as "unavailable" to all potential customers for that date, as a result should a cancelation occur the rental items on your order may be forfeited for use on that day. Our goal for every scheduled booking is to provide the services ordered, for any reason should it be necessary to change or terminate a scheduled booking we will be as accommodating as our schedule will allow to meet your needs.
- Cancelations with 5 days or more notice prior to your scheduled rental qualify for a refund. Example: A Saturday rental must be canceled before the end of the day on the preceding Monday or earlier to receive a refund.
- Cancelations with less than 5 days notice prior to your scheduled rental may be rescheduled and payments credited toward any available future date and or rental items. Example: A cancelation on Tuesday or later for a Saturday rental will be given a credit.
- All credit card refunds are subject to a $20.00 non-refundable processing fee.
